Our core collections system is Latitude, which sits on top of a Microsoft SQL server. We provide complete web access to our customers to review both reports and individual account status. Our technology includes real time, customizable Crystal Reports, so it is easy for us (and our customers) to get exactly the reports they need, in the format they want.
