For most collectors, the opportunity to make a good living is an important consideration. Focus is a real pay for performance environment. The only limit on compensation is one’s own ability and effort.

Also, Focus does a good job of working with clients for whom it can be successful. At other agencies, management may take placements that have already been thoroughly worked and then put a lot of pressure on the collectors to squeeze more from it. Focus will not accept a client unless we are confident we can perform for them.
